Industrial Democracy (self) today


The industrial democracy is the term generally refers to Olof Palme's self. It refers to the participation of workers in the management and direction of their own businesses. This idea represents a break with Marxist principles and the acceptance of an original proposal or the anarcho-syndicalist libertarian movement. Remember that in the 60 and 70, this idea has some popularity to one side and the other of the Iron Curtain (I mean the Yugoslav Communists.) For him, self is a step in the development and expansion of democracy, that in his view, should not only political, but should cover all areas.
