Speechesfor60thbirthday

Some say that the welfare state and social services are now very broad , so we can be satisfied. They say even that is too large, and related public expenditure is unsustainable , so you should cut them. Others, however, say
Are we satisfied with what has been achieved? Can we withdraw now? Of course not! What has been achieved so far are only incipient attempts at major project the company to be spread. It is not difficult to find still unsatisfactory situations and injustices in society. (3)
Something seems a highly topical issue. But not today, "satisfied" with the welfare state are the conservatives of the 50 Swedish and the following quote made Olof Palme in 1955.

In the 50 and 60, before Olof Palme began his work as head of government, before it began its policies of expansion of the welfare state, we can find his own party mates who believed that the construction welfare state in Sweden was over (how the finance minister Gunnar Strang) won the Palme right wing of his own party and held off the ideas of social liberalism . (neoliberalism advocated within the Socialist party Social Democrats). But this was not the general trend in the rest of Europe, social-liberalism, in the name of pragmatism, was imposed in the direction of many social democratic parties.

single neoliberal thinking that we suffer today in Europe and the world is the result of the total defeat of social democracy in the ideological battle . The curious thing about this battle is that the defeat did not come for the suitability of the neoliberal proposals contrast, the loss came by treachery and jacket change the Social Democratic leaders, who were progressively mutating ideology and went on to defend the ideas of neoliberalism. Then they got to the same social democratic parties change their official party line. This mutation in the dome, which has resulted in a Social l has disappeared as ideological force, their ideas and have no public or media weight, today the defense of social democracy has been reserved for the private sphere, only found in the foundations of social democratic parties and other leftist parties. The Social Democratic leaders, only use these ideas to inflame his followers at election time, once in power, they just take some symbolic measures while scrupulously respecting the Lord's Prayer neoliberal. The Social Democratic parties today drained of ideology, are bowl games, in the way of the center parties, change their proposals based on the circumstances of the moment. No ideology is just demagoguery and political opportunism.

Palme also faced with the dilemma ideals / pragmatism
Socialist politics, the left always means blood enters the ideas and utopia for which you have to work and actually how difficult it is to change. To be able to change reality is to keep alive the ideological debate and always discuss your goals and basic ideas as indispensable to your business practice. But in your practical work have to be pragmatic, if not get anywhere. (3)
But he maintained a balance between ideas and practice and to renounce the ideology never, never support the ideas of conservatives. This setting allowed ideology select practical methods to achieve results effectively to take you to your goal. Rigid ideals, flexible methods:
Fidelity and the consequence in terms of ideas should join (...) regarding infidelity
methods (...)
"Fidelity and the consequence in terms of ideas should join (...) infidelity in terms of methods (3)
Today, however, with the ideological triumph of neoliberalism in of social democratic parties, the methods we have become ideology, replacing the old ideas:

Mal has been the party when we made the mistake of making a political method in a moment as an ideology for all time
(...) The day when men called men of practical life expel the ideas of the scene policy, then we open the doors to the progressive decline in democracy policy (3)

As forecast Palme, we live in a time of political decline . On the body of social ideological stands only powerful neoliberal thinking. This defeat was not by the superiority of neoliberal ideas, this defeat has been by self-destruction. In the same way that some Social Democrats have boycotted, some social democrats could resurrect it. The ideas of social power remain intact, just need someone to rise again and use them to strike head to the enemy, both external and internal.

For these ideas, it is best to refer to him knew that further implementation. The distance between the ideas and proposals of Olof Palme and the ideas and proposals of the present leaders of social democratic parties, is so great that it is impossible to lump them all in one motion . The current leaders of socialist parties mutants (as they have mutated to embrace its original ideology of neoliberalism), if they heard today some of the proposals of Olof Palme, would attribute to disqualify a communist and radical and extremist. And he's right, Olof Palme's ideas are radical and extremist, but only if viewed from the right.

of these ideas I will discuss in the following entries.

Lenovo How To Disable Face

Social Democrats against liberal social policy success of Olof Palme

Facts and figures showing the success of social policies of Olof Palme. The data are taken from the book of Peter Antman (3) and the European Commission's website.

- In 1986 40% of the population worked in the public sector (in 1960 was only 14%). Of these only 4.8% were what today would bureaucrats call at this point does not differ much from other countries, where there is dramatic growth in the number of public workers in social services (health, education, family care ...) that goes up to 25% . This is directly related to the very low rate of unemployment. In 1987 was only 2.5% below that of countries who had rushed to implement neoliberal policies, in the UK, after 8 years of neo-liberalism of Margaret Thatcher had an unemployment rate of 11%. This year we find the same amount of unemployment in the country of reference of the neoliberals, Pinochet's Chile, where neoliberal (Chicago Boys) that operate with impunity for years.

- The percentage of public spending increases each year , and are maintained by a high tax burden, most of the Western world. The tax burden rose from 35% in 1965 to 50% in 1986 (in 1989 it reached 56%). Spain for its part fell from 15% in 1965 (the tax burden the lowest in Europe) to 30 % in 1986 (less than one point of the lowest tax burden in Europe). The very low tax burden in Spain deprives the state of sufficient funds to carry out an effective policy for employment creation. And this is what the macro economic data show again and again, the private sector does not create enough jobs to compensate, neoliberalism must resort to forms of growth based on credit expansion and the creation of speculative bubbles (such as which we have lived in Spain and the world). Reduce unemployment with speculative growth is only possible under neoliberalism, but is harmful to the majority of the population, and the crisis in which it flows, is worse than the temporary benefits it brings.

- Revenue at the Swedish Olof Palme were high and more equal world . Class differences had fallen more than any other Western country. So not only GDP per capita of Sweden was among the highest in the world, but that wealth actually came to most people, not like in other countries that have a higher per capita GDP (as in the U.S.) has concentrated wealth, accumulated by the upper class, while there are pockets of poverty much more important and the large middle class was (and is) always on edge.

Pucará Prototyping AX-01 and AX-02

The photograph on the cover of Aerospace May 1970 seen below corresponds to the presentation of the REMP. prototype enrolled FMA IA-58 AX-02, held on 10 October 1969 within the framework of the celebration of 42 anniversary of the Military Factory of Aviones.El Gloster Meteor seen in the picture, was the last he left his Gloster overhaul in the FMA. It was the C-051.

The central layer of the mentioned journal, illustrates the view of REMP. IA-58 prototype, built with American engines Air Research Garret TPE-331-900-U-303 HP three-bladed Hamilton Standard propellers 33 LF/1015-0, of 2.59 m. of diámetro.El plane, as is widely known, was built in record time of 11 months and left the factory on 19 August 1969 and after running some tests and motor, the day following it, the August 20, 1969, conducted the first test flight, commanded by experienced ex-pilot and the Gloster Meteor Squadron 46, My. Roberto Starc.

Finally, after some adjustments, modifications and a few more flights, made its official presentation of the public on 10 October 1969, as indicated by the beginning of the presentation.

The following backs of the sheets, you can read features and a brief overview of the time (late 1969), on the history and presentation of avión.Tener in mind that so far the plane had engine Garret North American, military use, but had another idea was to install other Astazou French, who finally prevailed.

Aerospace magazine in December 1970 , published the Air Festival held in Ezeiza Airport to mark the closing festivities XXIV Aeronautics and Space Week, October 24 1970.

As can be seen in the Aerospace report, the October 24, 1970, makes its public debut in Buenos Aires, the IA-58 Pucara AX-02. However, contrary to what may assumed for the photos, was the prototype sugundo Pucara turboprop built with French and Turbomeca Astazou XVI-G. Indeed, during testing of the REMP. AX-02 prototype, there were flaws in the Garret engine performance, but have a solution that sealed the fate of American turboprop engine for French. While authorizing the construction of the second prototype, also was ordered on November 28. 1969, changing the registration of REMP. prototype, denominated thereafter AX-01, but became effective in May 1970. The second prototype

then, it left the factory with the new registration AX-02 was delivered to the ESC on 15 September 1970 and first flew on the same day the command of My. S. García.

And the October 24, 1970 I attended with my Voigtlander Vitoret Ezeiza. From the terrace full of people, not much I could do with my basic camera, but I distinctly remember the Eagle Squadron and the outstanding figures who performed in air and ground recovery of a loop that made the front end into the crowd.
article highlights what I could and I present here are a couple of photos I take when I finished the show JOINING fences and dodge a platform for the plane. Here you can see some pictures then my second prototype of the IA-58 Pucara , registered AX-02 y construído con motores franceses Turbomeca Astazou, presentado ese día.

Volviendo sobre el tema , el primer prototipo AX-02 con turbohélices Garret luego de su presentación in Cordoba on October 10, 1969, testing continued and was even moved to France, Turbomeca facilities in Pau for further testing and evaluations.
was transported in the C-130 TC-63 and remained on French soil between June 3 and June 24, 1971, even with Garret engines, but in the meantime was defined the Astazou installation of new engines.
is important to remember that since May 1970 had been Reissues AX-01
On 8 February 1972 turboprop were installed Astazou Turbomeca XVI-G-01, which led to some modifications to the car to keep focused aircraft, command and further changes children.
finally made its maiden flight on April 21, 1972 at the controls of the then Vcom. Roberto F. Camblor.

To end then, my photos from October 15, 1972, the AX-01 Pucara turboprop with Turbomeca Astazou (ex-pmer. prototype AX-02 was originally built with Garrett engines).

Among
Pucará photo AX-02, 1970 and this Pucará Delta Air Fest 2010, passed 40 years, nothing more and nothing less the history of the plane and the photographer.

12.02.1086 Win7 Driver

never would have thought.

And to think that I would not live like that ... when it seems the typical landscape of dreams but the truth is that no, I would like to live somewhere away from my friends and people I want ... and maybe if everyone moved to a place well .. maybe if I would even leave the city where I grew up my house, my memories ... I do not know if I could and call me sentimental or whatever you want but there are ties that bind me to this and do not think my way to be my way of seeing things has much to do with where I've grown up and the people I grew up at least in my case ... Everything went well ...

everything went really good about the operation because my grandmother everything went great and I'm home (in my house in Alicante I mean) and one hand I has been a little sad to leave that and I know I could get used to live there but I truly believe that this is where I have to, at least for now;).
