8. Equal rights for women. have to eliminate discrimination still faced by women in our society. We need to work actively for women to obtain greater opportunities for development in politics and society. The most important objectives are the elimination of prejudices and obtaining equal rights for men and women in the workplace, in education and in all respects. Obviously, this equality of rights must be guaranteed by law. Likewise, we must adjust working conditions so that the working life and family life are easily compatible.
